Central Java - the city of Semarang city where I live is not a tourist city. But with a little effort it turns out there are some pretty exotic places to visit.

This time I shared stories about the streets that smelled a little hiking in Curug Lawe. A waterfall located near the city of Semarang. Frankly because of Semarang is located near the beach so the air is quite hot and stuffy. The roads to the waterfall like this could become a refreshing alternative.

Lawe waterfall is not far from Semarang, using the motor only about 30 minutes to the City Ungaran. From Hyderabad after Banyumanik we turn right towards Mount Pati. This bend in the region after Indomaret Pudak Umbrella. Having met UNNES gate rise a bit then turn left towards the village of Kalisidi.

If stray just ask the locals would know. Well, in this village we entrust Kalisidi motor at the last stop and then proceed on foot. Walk a little clove oil to enter and turn to follow the irrigation channels.

Dijalur irrigation have a path that can be passed to near the road rise to Curug Lawe. The path is still smooth but vigilance must not be lost because next to the left was a cliff. In some places we do not deal directly with the gap because there is still beneath the soil in many places but we directly confront the abyss.

This hiking trip is actually not too heavy but is quite a long journey. I like this route because it passes through many rivers with water so clear and fresh. I always stop to wash the face and head because it is very fresh mountain water.

After a leisurely 2 hours drive we arrived in Curug Lawe. Wihhhh, a sense of fatigue disappear immediately see the natural beauty of this. Just cool. Not in vain deh lightweight hiking trip after a few years never hiking. A beautiful waterfall and the water was very refreshing but we are not allowed to stand under the waterfall because it feared any objects falling from above and can be dangerous.

We rested about 1 hour in Curug Lawe before the interval. Well it turns out we took the lower path towards the waterfall, crossing, up a bit and then just fell down.

Actually the middle of the journey is still there Benowo waterfall adjacent to the waterfall Lawe but because most women participants are not strong then we decided to go straight to the bottom only.

Well if the body has felt sore from the work routine does not hurt to try a little hiking trip a light or medium. Guaranteed body will feel fresh again for the next day.
